#SBBC Day 8: Maintaining Healthy Hair

For years I have been dying my dark blonde hair and I have tried every colour down through the years. The last 7 years I have stuck with my blonde highlights but this has destroyed my hair. Then last year I lost some of my hair around the hairline because of ill health and it has finally grown back so decided since June I am going to make more of an effort to protect and maintain it.

Products for Maintaining Healthy Hair
So to start of with i have been using Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner a lovely present from my Mum and at €1.99 each in our local chemist you can't go wrong. I will write a review in the coming days on these so look out for that.

Next I have being using Hask Argan Oil which I use on dry or wet hair and gives a lovely sheen to my hair, and it smells gorgeous. Another bargain from Pennys which costs €2.50 for a vile.

The VO5 Heat Protect styling spray, I have used on rarely over the last few months as I tend not to use a blow dryer or straighteners during the summer (unless it's for a darn good reason) but the colder weather is starting to kick in here so this will be getting used a lot now.

Frizz-Ease I use for those pesky bits on the top of my head and just finishes off my hair to make it look like I made some effort.

The Tangle Teezer I will talk about later in #SBBC but for the moment all I will say is that it is working and I am using it on both me and Lillibug!

So overall with these products my hair is looking healthy, bouncy and shiny, with little or no split ends. Praise for Argan Oil, I wish I had discovered it years ago!
