Shopping with The Early Years Boutique

I came across The Early Years Boutique on Twitter and quickly followed after I checked out their website. I then got chatting to ??? from The Early Years Boutique and discovered there is only a month between our two toddlers. My little girl is turning two on Saturday and Emma was really helpful in suggesting a few pressies that she might like, so I thought I might share them with you........

The Early Years boutique provides an Online Marketplace, through their website, where small businesses, craft makers and mumtrepeneurs can sell their products.

1. The Musical Princess Box £14.99 by Little Buttons Boutique @ The Early Years Boutique

I collect musical boxes/globes for my little girl so this was must and it was something I haven't come across before and thought it was so cute! It plays Brahms Lullaby which my mum always sings to Lillibug so it's very fitting. When you wind it up the princess' dance/spin around on top and just know that LO is going to love watching and lis…

LUSH: Luxury Lush Pud

I was in LUSH heaven last night when I tried out my new bath bomb!
The Product:
A Lush bath bomb just in time for Christmas! This is a Lil' Pudding is just beautiful with it's pastel colours and relaxing lavender. The shop assistant told me this is good just before bed to help with relaxing. The bath bomb itself looks really pretty and christmassy just to help get me in the spirit.

Overall Verdict: The whole bath bomb fizzed up really quick and gave beautiful swirls of pink, yellow, blue to finally make up a gorgeous deep pink. The lavender was ever so relaxing and I struggled to keep my eyes open the whole time I was in the bath and after. When I went to bed I was gone in 3,2,1 Zzzzzz! Then woke up with a toothache but sure these things are sent to try us. I will buy more of these before Christmas and give it a big thumbs up. Anyone that follows me on twitter may know that I struggle with sleep but have to say this really helped. I was worried with the colour been so deep that…

Lillibug's Clothes from Mothercare

Lillibug is going to be two at the end of November, so I picked up a few bits in Mothercare for her. She is in between sizes at the moment meaning 18-24 months are either too short or tight and 2-3 is too long and loose.

One thing I have noticed where I live is that you can't get a pair of jeans for my little girl that aren't skinny. Lillibug hasn't got skinny legs for them and they pinch her knees and thighs which is not nice for a child, so I was delighted when I saw these bootcut jeans for €12.50 and it has an elastic waist.

Now that we are getting into the colder weather we were in need of long sleeved t-shirts, which were 2 for €10.00. They are really cute and can't wait to put the Santa one on her.

I went onto the Mothercare website when I got home hoping to order another pair of jeans but they have very little clothing on their website which I was disappointed with. Hopefully they'll change that in the near future!

I was up in Dublin Thursday which is a rarity and knew that I had to make a pit-stop into LUSH on Henry Street. I like to be quick when I go in because all the smells together give me a whopper of a headache, so I knew what I wanted in advance. When the girls came up to me and I told them what I was looking for I was out in 10 with no headache but glittery hands and an extra item on the list!
1. Luxury Lush Pud The sales assistant told me this is meant to be good if used before bed because of the Lavendar going through it so I grabbed this with both hands! Going to try this one out tomorrow night. Review of this up already right here.

2. Shoot for the Stars The main ingredient is bergamot and this bath bomb smells delish! The colours are so pretty so can't wait for them to swirl around my bath.
3. Star Light, Star Bright It's a Christmas Bath melt and it was my mum who told me all about this! This has Shea butter and is meant to make my skin all soft, which is exactly what I nee…

Charity Reindeer Car Accessory; I'm going to fly my way up the M50!*

I first saw these two years ago on my way to Dublin on the M50 and I searched high and low for it but they were all sold out. So four weeks ago I saw these in an Apple Garage and just had to buy it. It cost €10.00 and even better €1.00 goes to the LauraLynn Children's Hospice!

You stick the antlers on the window and the nose on the grill of your car and your ready to go.
How cool does that car look dressed up as Rudolph?

*It does say that you should not drive at more than 40mph which I think is 64.3km but please don't quote me on the conversion, but if that's right I can just keep to the country roads around where I live and it should survive.
I saw these in Heatons yesterday too if your interested in getting some for your car or from the LauraLynn online shop here!
I had heard of the LauraLynn Ireland's Children's Hospice and the wonderful work they do but truly started to understand more after reading The Life Story of an Irish Baby Called Victoria and Beyond.  …

MikaB Teething Jewellery

I have always struggled to help my little one with her teething woes and now that I have a wisdom tooth about to pop up I feel like such a wimp compared to my little Lillibug. She goes though it with grace and ladylike precision unlike her mother who wanted someone to knock me out with a frying pan and wake up when the pain is gone. So when Dominika from MikaB Teething Jewellery contacted me to try out her jewellery I jumped at the chance.

The Product: Safe for babies to chew on and help with their teething and a fashionable piece of jewellery for mum, you will be getting a multi-functional product here!
There are 3 different pieces of jewellery to choose from: Pendants, Necklaces and Bangles and each comes in a range of colours to choose from. They are made of non-toxic food grade silicone which is also what bottle nipples are made from as well as soothers, and all the jewellery is BPA free. The jewellery is very simple to look after, as it just needs a quick thorough wash with soap a…

I can't believe we are into November now so to me that means the countdown to Christmas has well and truly started (to my hubby's dismay and my mum's but dad is on my side as well as Lillibug)!
I have been looking online so much the last few days for gift ideas and I was just bowled over by the 4 products I have on my wishlist. A girl can always dream, can't she?!
